Logo embroidery on caps

We adapt logo embroidery to the cap shape, seams and available area. Designs are often placed above the peak; side and back positions depend on fastenings, seams and machine access. Classic or 3D puff embroidery?

Classic embroidery creates a design in thread, while 3D puff uses foam beneath the stitches for a pronounced raised effect. Broad letters and simple shapes generally work best for puff; narrow lines and fine details need another solution or adaptation. Not every cap suits every technique. How do you choose a suitable cap and design?

Consider the shape, material, colour and desired logo position. For baseball caps, we check front panels and centre seams; for winter hats, knit density and turn-up cuff height. Thread contrast and legibility at the final size matter. We agree the model and technique before ordering. Printing is also possible on suitable models. We choose the technique according to the material, cap surface and artwork details; not every cap suits every technique.
